By placing an order with C&L Jumpers, the customer ("you" or "the client") agrees to the following Terms and Conditions. These policies are designed to ensure clear communication, protect our equipment, and help us deliver the best possible experience for everyone involved.
Service Eligibility and Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to disrespectful behavior, unsafe delivery conditions, or suspected abuse of our rental policies. We are committed to professionalism, and we expect the same in return.
Order Responsibility and Authorized Person on Site
Most if not all rentals on display are only 25% of the actual price and must be placed by an adult (18 years or older). The website is intended to be used by the person listed on the order. If someone other than the named client will be present at the delivery location, they must be a trusted representative who is authorized to accept and sign for the rental equipment. If no authorized person is present at the time of delivery, we reserve the right to delay or cancel the order.
Delivery and Pickup

We deliver within a 5-mile radius of Cudahy. Deliveries outside of this area will incur a shipping and handling fee.

The client is responsible for ensuring safe, unobstructed access for both delivery and pickup.

If no contact is made and the client fails to allow pickup of our equipment at the agreed-upon time, we reserve the right to enter the property to retrieve our equipment. Unreturned items may result in additional fees or legal action.
Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling due to weather or emergencies is allowed but must be coordinated with us at least 24 hours prior to the original rental date. If you feel like your cancellation is reasonable, our team will decide with what the next set of action is.
Customer Conduct and Fair Use
If we determine that a customer is acting in bad faith, attempting to exploit our services, or failing to uphold basic responsibilities (e.g., failing to allow pickup, refusing to pay applicable fees, providing false information), we reserve the right to flag their phone number and associated addresses, and deny future service.
Damage, Liability, and Equipment Use

The customer is responsible for the care and safe use of all rented equipment during the rental period.

Equipment must be used in a safe, appropriate manner and returned in the condition in which it was delivered.

Damaged or missing items will result in repair or replacement charges.

We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse or unsafe conditions not disclosed to us during setup.
Our Commitment to Service
If something goes wrong on our end—such as delayed delivery, equipment malfunction, or incomplete setup—we will do everything in our power to resolve the issue promptly and professionally. Your satisfaction is important to us.
Use of Website and Information Accuracy
Our website and online forms are to be used by individuals authorized to make decisions on behalf of the party or event. The information provided on the website, including pricing and availability, is subject to change. We do our best to keep everything up to date and accurate.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Your personal information, including names, addresses, and contact numbers, will not be sold or shared with third parties and is used strictly for communication and coordination related to your rental.

By placing an order with C L Jumpers you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
