At C L Jumpers, we value your trust and are committed to providing reliable, high-quality service for your special events. Please review our refund policy below to understand how we handle cancellations, refunds, and credit options.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available based on how far in advance the cancellation is made prior to the scheduled rental date.

Full Refund: If cancellation is made 72 hours or more before the scheduled delivery.

Partial Refund (50%): If cancellation is made within 48 hours before the scheduled delivery.

No Refund: If cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled rental time.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Customer is not present or does not have a trusted representative on site at the time of delivery.

Access to the delivery location is blocked, unsafe, or denied, causing a failed delivery.

Equipment is returned damaged, excessively dirty, or missing.

Customer fails to communicate after an order is confirmed.

Weather-related cancellations that are not communicated with us at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Weather-Related Refunds
If poor weather conditions make setup unsafe or unfeasible:

You may be eligible for a credit toward a future rental date.

A full or partial refund may be issued only if the cancellation is made 24 hours in advance and equipment has not yet been loaded or delivered.

Last-minute weather-related cancellations are handled case-by-case.
4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Our Commitment
If an issue arises due to an error on our end (e.g., missing items, equipment failure, or late arrival), we will work quickly to resolve the problem or provide a partial or full refund, as appropriate.
