Free Local Delivery

We offer free delivery for all party rental orders within a 5-mile radius of our business location (Cudahy, CA). This includes both delivery and pickup of rental items.

Delivery Outside of Service Area

Deliveries beyond the 5-mile radius are subject to additional shipping and handling fees, which vary depending on:

Distance from our location
Size and complexity of the order
Availability of delivery drivers and equipment

These fees will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before confirming your order.

Small Orders & Long-Distance Requests

We reserve the right to accept or decline delivery requests that involve small orders located outside our standard service area. These decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, depending on scheduling, resources, and order value.

If your event is located further out and the order size is minimal, we may suggest pickup (if available) or an adjusted delivery fee.

Delivery Requirements

To ensure a smooth delivery experience:

A responsible adult (18+) must be present to receive and sign for the rental items.
Delivery location must be accessible, safe, and free from obstructions.
If no one is available at the time of delivery or pickup, and we are unable to access the property, additional fees may apply or your order may be rescheduled.

Timelines

Delivery and pickup windows will be coordinated with you in advance. We do our best to arrive within the agreed timeframe, but factors such as traffic and weather may cause slight delays. We will communicate any schedule changes as needed.
